This assignment about baroque musical concepts and their correspondence in design . Ahmet KANNECI came first year design studio and discuss with us about arts and architecture and their relations.I learnt that anything in nature
related with each other by some basic rules in science, in arts or other parts of our life.These relations and rules are fundamental.In this sense sicence/ arts are always depend on each other and come together in architecture.Ahmet Kanneci also taught us themes in music and two dimensional designs , comtrasts (minor,major) , harmony between elements in music,ryhthm between notes etc.
Then ı searched BAROQUE MUSIC and its unique features compared tp previous musical concepts, some of them ı try to explain to following:
Contrast between groups are important,transitions between groups need to be specific and smooth,baroque music is based on tonality.
